Ballroom
A top-down shooter built in Unity, combining mouse aiming, projectile combat, and enemy encounters.
Movement, aiming,
and arena combat.
Ballroom is a top-down Unity shooter. The player moves around an arena, aims with the mouse, and fires projectiles while avoiding enemies and incoming shots.
Programming the game.
- Coded the entire project.
- Implemented player movement, mouse aiming, and projectile shooting.
- Built enemy pursuit and turret shooting, health and damage handling, key pickups, and scene progression.
Aim, dodge, and progress.
Movement and aiming are independent: directional input moves the character while the mouse sets the facing direction. Left-click fires a projectile.
The project includes pursuing enemies and stationary shooters. Defeating enemies leads to a key pickup, which reveals the house and another character; entering the house advances the scene.
Inside Ballroom

Connecting the gameplay systems.
The C# scripts use Rigidbody movement and projectiles, raycasting for mouse aiming, and NavMeshAgent pursuit for moving enemies. Health updates the on-screen UI, while triggers and scene loading connect pickups and progression.
